Kids Painting Classes 

Stay tuned for our painting classes at the Algona Family YMCA. We pick a fun painting relating to the time of year (Thanksgiving, Halloween etc.) and go through a step by step process so the kids can re-create the painting while adding their own creative touches.  Ages 6 and above are welcome! 


Youth Sports Conditioning

Get an edge on your competition and get in the best shape of your life with sports conditioning training. Four weeks of general or sport-specific conditioning is available with the following packages: Ages: 7 - 18 years (Half-hour sessions)


Strength Cycle Training

A personal strength based exercise program designed to meet your individual goals and increase strength. Programs can be designed for any age and strength level. Must have some knowledge of Olympic lifting and or powerlifting.
